Download on theApp StoreOne trip, everyone on the same page
Group trips fall apart in chat threads: one person has the flight details, another the hotel, and nobody knows the plan for Saturday. In ViaHub you invite your companions to the trip, and everyone sees the same itinerary, stays and timeline.
- Invite companions by name and email address and link them to the trip.
- Share the plan: flights, accommodation and excursions on one travel timeline.
- Plan together with the AI trip planner, which estimates costs for your whole group.
Track travel expenses as you go
Expenses by category
Flights, stays, food, transport and activities, so you can see where the money goes.
Planned vs. spent
Planned costs from your AI plan sit next to what you actually spend.
Automatic cost splitting
Shared costs are split between your travel companions automatically.
Fair for families
In AI cost estimates, children under 6 aren't counted as paying travellers.
Why use a trip app instead of a spreadsheet?
A shared spreadsheet works until someone forgets to add the taxi from the airport. Keeping costs inside the trip means every expense sits next to the booking it belongs to, the totals update by themselves and nobody has to be the group's accountant.
